Last updated: October 21, 2026. This Privacy Policy describes how Security Chief LLC handles information through this website and its installation-quote process.
Information we collect
When you request a detailed installation estimate, we collect the name, email, mobile number, installation street address, city, state and ZIP, equipment selections and quantities, installation timeframe, notes, and applicable estimate. Quote and lead references, timestamps, phone-verification status and SMS consent evidence are associated with the request. Please do not include passwords, alarm access codes, or sensitive personal documents.
You can use the broad preliminary estimate without supplying contact information or verifying a phone. It does not create a customer lead. Hosting and security services may still process network information such as IP addresses and request metadata.
How information is used
The website uses submitted information to validate service-area eligibility, verify the requested phone number, calculate and retain estimates, record inquiries, prevent misuse, and enable Security Chief to review and respond to your request. This website does not enroll you in an SMS marketing program.
Phone verification and SMS consent
Before requesting a verification text, you must affirmatively agree to receive the requested transactional code. We record the server timestamp, disclosure version, quote-session association and, when available, the provider verification transaction identifier. Standard message and data rates may apply. Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction does not prevent necessary processing by service providers that deliver the verification you request.
Service providers and disclosures
The implementation uses ChatGPT Sites/OpenAI and Cloudflare for hosting, storage and security; Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection; Twilio Verify and telecommunications carriers for SMS verification; the U.S. Census Geocoder and TIGERweb services for installation-address eligibility; and Google's Gmail services for business lead notifications. Providers receive information necessary for their role. Business notifications contain the submitted inquiry and estimate. Customer records and follow-up may be managed manually by Security Chief; the website does not synchronize leads with Square CRM.

Cookies, analytics and security information
This website uses functional secure session cookies and bot/security checks. Its V1 application does not use Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, advertising pixels, promotional SMS signup, or Poptin. Hosting and security providers may process operational logs and network metadata under their own policies.
Retention and requests
Quote and lead records, verification-consent evidence, and business-email copies are retained for legitimate quoting, service, security and applicable recordkeeping needs. Quote validity and session expiration do not automatically delete historical records. We do not promise a fixed retention period or automatic deletion. Service providers may retain their own records under their policies.

Security Chief manually reviews legitimate access, correction and deletion requests, subject to identity verification and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Information may need to be retained for those requirements. No automatic deletion or fixed response period is promised. This privacy-request address is not an alternate installation-quote or sales-submission channel; use the website's qualified quote process for customer inquiries.
Security
The application encrypts stored lead and quote content and uses HTTPS, access restrictions, verification controls and server-side authorization. Business email and service-provider records have their own protections. No transmission or storage method is guaranteed secure. Protect your devices and do not send verification codes or security-system access credentials to others.
