Website Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 21, 2026. These terms cover use of the Security Chief LLC website and its installation-quote process. They do not replace a separately agreed residential or commercial installation agreement.
Website use
Use the website for legitimate security-system research and inquiries. Supply accurate contact details and installation information. Do not submit someone else's phone number without authorization, misuse verification codes, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website.
Estimates and installation assumptions
Broad ballpark ranges are preliminary, based on general selections, and available without phone verification. A more specific installed estimate requires contact details, service-area confirmation, genuine phone verification and secure recording of the request. Automated installed estimates are limited to verified Nassau and Suffolk County, New York installation locations. Unverified or unsupported projects may need consultation.
An installed estimate is nonbinding and is not a final proposal, installation agreement or guarantee of availability. Applicable sales tax is separate. Standard installation and supporting network conditions are assumed. Complicated wire routing, cable runs exceeding 150 feet, site conditions, repairs or additional support equipment may affect final scope and price. Security Chief confirms final scope and pricing separately. Preserve a screenshot or record of your estimate.
Your responsibilities and service arrangements
Provide accurate selections, quantities and site information, lawful property access and appropriate authorization for work. Do not treat an online inquiry as confirmation of an appointment, payment or installation date. Call Security Chief to arrange available walkthrough services. Existing published package descriptions and terms remain applicable; unfinished online payment and booking are not enabled. A separate written installation agreement will govern any work you approve.
SMS phone verification
By checking the verification-consent box and requesting a code, you agree to receive a one-time transactional security code at the mobile number you provide to verify your phone number and access your installation quote. Each requested resend can generate another verification text, subject to security limits. This consent is separate from marketing consent and does not enroll you in marketing messages.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Codes expire; delivery and compatibility are not guaranteed. Never share a verification code with others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
For SMS or business support, call (929) 249-4321. Reply HELP to the verification sender for messaging assistance, or STOP to stop messages from that sender. Keyword responses are handled by the messaging provider and may apply to the sender rather than only to Security Chief. If you cannot use reply commands or have difficulty receiving a code, call Security Chief and do not request additional codes. Stopping verification texts may prevent completion of phone verification. This is a requested transactional verification program, not a marketing subscription.
Service limitations and privacy
The website may be unavailable or contain errors. Educational comparisons do not guarantee equipment compatibility or any security outcome. Final system suitability is evaluated for the installation. These terms do not establish an alarm-monitoring agreement or promise emergency response. Personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
